Usually as you know we do not explicit the subject (like 私、自分、etc.) but in this particular sentence I feel it necessary to add 「私は (or personally)」because otherwise the first recommendation and the latter recommendation sound like both made by FLCCC.

For the second sentence, it should be "the dose" not the body weight to calculate!! lol
