A: 嬉楽の意味はわかりませんが、最近のキラキラネームの一つに嬉楽(うた)というものがあります。

単語では、喜んで楽しいさまをあらわす喜楽というものがあります。

A: 嬉 by itself doesn’t mean much; it’s just the kanji for “glad or “rejoice”. 嬉しい is an adjective with the same meaning, but other than the kanji alone, this is usable in a sentence. You can use it as an adjective the same way like you would in English. I’ll give you some examples below.
