3. "I look older"-->"I'm getting older" / "Younger"-->"Young"
4. "waiting it"-->"waiting for it" Waiting always go with for (e.g. I've waited for you for who knows how long)
4. "have a chocolate bar", perhaps add a "with" before this phrase
5. "at least just give it a shot"-->"let's just give it a shot" would be more natural
6. "do the cold water shower"-->"shower in cold water"/"one of the part of my discipline"--> "one part of my daily routine" would be even more natural

There’s another one that says 4, and it’s also a bit unnatural. It’s supposed to be “I had a chocolate bar” because of the word “Recently.” Recently can be used if that event (aka I “had a chocolate bar”) happened in the past, but it’s not very far from the present moment. Also, you can use “I stress out so much throughout the day”, but it’s preferable if you use “I’m stressed out throughout the whole day”
Ah, additionally if you want to make it a bit more casual, shorten chocolate to choco. So it’s like “I had a choco bar.”
