「Backslide」

Q: Backslide
Begird
Behold
Bereave
Bespeak
Bespit
Betake
Bid
--------
And when they are used more often ❤️
A: Since you have those in an alphabetical list, one might suspect you took them from a dictionary. If so, it should tell you what they mean. As for which ones are used more often and which ones less, I'd say that only "backslide," "behold," "bereave(d)," and "bid" are very common, and the others are almost never used in contemporary English by native speakers. There are of course frequency lists, but I don't need to consult them for this judgment: there has to be at least an order of magnitude difference in how often the ones I mentioned are used, versus the others. (The one exception might be "bespoke," in its sense of "custom-fitted for just one person," for people who have the money and desire to buy "bespoke shirts," for example, instead of just buying shirts according to sizes on the rack in the store.)

「Backslide」

Q: Backslide
A: Personally I've never really used this word. I like relapse or "fall back" more.

"I stopped smoking 3 months ago. Every day, I try my best to resist backsliding."

Sorry, I really can't think of much use for it where it sounds right.
