A: add "at" or "in" (the first if OOTO is a town or city, a location, and the seccond if its an event or place, like a hotel or house) between "I will be __ OOTO this afternoon" to make it better. Aside from that its perfect :)

I regret to inform you that I cannot report to work this morning. I did not feel well yesterday and I got fever last night. Now I do not have fever anymore but I'm still feeling dizzy. I will go to the office within 1pm. Thank you.

All,

Since Japanese staff stated working shifts from last week, I will go to the office at 10:30 on Tuesday to Thursday and at 10:00 on Friday this week.

Every Monday will not change anything because we will have new students.
