Taekwondoの例文や意味・使い方に関するQ&A

「Taekwondo」の類語とその違い

Q: I went to taekwondo for 2.5 months と I took taekwondo lesson for 2.5 months はどう違いますか?
A: These two sentences have basically the same meanings.

We often say “take ….” With any classes/lessons, like school or university classes, for example: “I took English and German in high school, but I ended up taking Turkish in college.” So you can say “I took taekwondo lessons for 2.5 months” in the same way.

Saying “I went to taekwondo for 2.5 months” sounds basically the same, because it’s just saying that you “went to taekwondo lessons for 2.5 months”

Hopefully this makes it clear🙂
