Q: We often think of tiredness as a physical state, which is true, but tiredness is actually an emotional state as much as it is a physical state. There might be things that you are doing in your life that you didn’t know are contributing to your tiredness. For example, is your environment clean? Cluttered environment has long been known to contribute to emotional tiredness. Are you engaging in any relationships with people who are emotionally draining? What does your self-talk sound like? Do you talk to yourself in a positive way? These are things that are often overlooked when addressing tiredness, but in my opinion, they are as equally important to reducing tiredness as getting more sleep, for example. So if you’ve been struggling with chronic tiredness or fatigue, make sure you’re addressing the mental aspects as well as the physical aspects. この表現は自然ですか?

Great English, it’s really close!

When your are using present tense verbs in a sentence, keep it that way. “Are” is present tense. “Didn’t” is past tense. So just change didn’t to “don’t” in order to make it present tense and you’re good.

When you say “your environment”, while it is technically correct, it makes that you are in possession of that environment. If you mean to say the environment that someone lives in, say that instead to make it more clear.

Always use “equally as important” because you are saying that one thing is important to another. Saying something is as important as another means they are both equally important. Saying something is as equally important as something else is redundancy, or unnecessary repetition. You could also say “_____ and _____ are equally important.”
