大体合ってるけど少し不自然
"I don't like to overhear anyone or anything but it was packed with people and so close that I couldn't avoid to hear talking from the table next to me at the restaurant."
I understand what you mean, but a more natural way to say it would be:
"I don't like to eavesdrop or overhear, but the restaurant was packed so tightly with people that I couldn't help but hear the people talking on the table next to mine."
There are other ways to say it, but this is a closer rewrite to what you said 😊
