大体合ってるけど少し不自然
They seem to have a really nice lake.
They seem to have a really nice view.
They seem to have a really nice skate park.
They seem to have really nice trousers.
They seem to have spectacular scaly armadillos.
There are two ways to fix the original sentence one is to retain "have" (which needs "they"). The other is to change "have" to "be" (which fits with "there").
I'm offering the "they seem to have ..." option. It is perfectly normal where I live.

@Igirisujin: You might want to change from "They" to "There" to avoid confusion for our English learning friend. :)

@rina__: Oops, I missed an "a" out.
They seem to have a really nice lake where you live.
"They seem to have..." is the same as "there seems to be..." in this sentence.

@Funkyhc: Aw That's kind of you, thank you! One of my friends actually uses 'they' like "they is a nice place". Can I ask you, is it a kind of dialect or something?

@Igirisujin: "They" refers to people. "There" refers to the place. My understanding is Rina was referring to a place. The main topic is the place. You might want to enlighten me on this part. :)

@Igirisujin: Ah~ Now I understand what you meant. @rina__: You might want to refer to イギリス人 response to the differences between how to use "They" and "There".

@rina__: "They seem to have..." is a very common phrase in UK English. It's not a dialect phrase, it's general English we all learn at home or school.
From what I know it is also common in the USA and Australia.
