After I bitched her out, I noticed I was wrong. It was all my fault, and as I recognized later, I was punishing her for my own personal inadequacies. この表現は自然ですか?

大体合ってるけど少し不自然
After bitching/yelling at her, I noticed I was wrong. It was all my fault, and as I recognized later, I was punishing her for my own personal inadequacies.
Note: the phrase “bitching” is considered very rude and isn’t commonly used in that manner. It’s more common to call someone a bitch or say they were bitching at you.

"After I bitched her out, I realised I was wrong. It was my fault and I was blaming her for my own inadequacies". This sounds more natural.
You can take out the sentence "and as I recognised later" as it is equivalent to "After I bitched her out, I realised I was wrong." You are basically repeating yourself.
Also @marginaal what does "I bitched her out" mean? You had a fight with her?

不自然
I only realised I was wrong and it was all my fault only after I made her leave. I realised I was being mad at her for my own personal issues. (Inadequate could come across in a sexual way, you can use it if that’s what you want to say though)

I bitched her out means I bawled her out.
I don‘t think I‘m repeating myself here. After I bawled her out, I realised I was wrong (which is one thing), and after that (later, when I was thinking about it), I found the reason for my reaction (my personal issues), which is another thing.

After I bitched her out, I noticed I was wrong. It was all my fault, and as I realized soon after, I was punishing her for my own personal inadequacies.

"i bitched her out" and "i bawled her out" are not phrases commonly said. you could use "i cursed her out" if you mean saying swear words
