‎‎‎♡ Which one sounds more natural between A and B? Thx! ♡

The other day, I learned how schools in the U.S. respond to violence.

(A : Unlike in Korea, a professional school counselor is the one who steps in and teaches the bully. Afterwards, the counselor lets the parents know what their child needs to change and asks them to guide him or her in the right direction. )

(B :  Unlike in Korea, a professional school counselor is the one who steps in and handles the bully. The counselor will alert the bully’s parents and let them know how they can better guide their child in the right direction.)

If something bad happens, all the blame goes to the school’s principal. That’s how it usually works.
