I am confused with 送る。
when I look into dictionary it means "to send".
But I got a this sentence.

あなたはこんな生活を送っちゃだめだ。
You can’t live like this.

彼女は不幸生活を送った
She lived an unhapy life.

I mean, where is 送 part?
I feel like the verb is gone 😅

I have an assumption, It's something like a special case because the word 生活. But, I am not really sure yet. 😅

生活を送る=live

From my understanding, in the case of 生活を送る its translated literally as “to lead a life”. 送る doesn’t have a literal English translation but I think of it as “send, lead, escort etc” lumped together. It also has a lot of compounds lmao

送る can also be used as “escort” (home) or “take home” (send home a person)...

I think it’s just one of those words that doesn’t translate very well and you have to learn by seeing how it’s used
