Hi there!

I need some help with a passage from a book. However, I don't want to spoil anything, so if you want to discover the Monogatari series by yourself, please don't read any further.

Here is the context : Nadeko, the narrator, created a shikigami (式神), who made something similar to what Nadeko did herself in the past (something wrong). As she sarcastically refers to her shikigami as her "child", she then says this :

親の因果が子に報い。
私としては、親の心子知らずという感じですけれど ̄ ̄いえ、これはリアルな子としての立場からでも、同じことが言えそうです。

First sentence is a proverb, meaning "the sins of the parents shall be visited upon their children".

First part of the second sentence means, if I'm correct : in my case though, I feel like the proper saying should be "children don't realise how much their parents love them."
She says this because she realised earlier that she didn't understand her parents' feelings, that she never noticed how much love they were giving to her - instead, she thought they just wanted to annoy her, but she was completely wrong about their intentions.

Then comes the last part, and this is where I'm lost. "リアルな子" might refer to Nadeko, in opposition to her "fake child", a.k.a. her shikigami. However, I don't get what "これ" or "同じこと" refers to, and I'm not certain I understand "からでも" as I should. It's a problem I have with Japanese, whenever the words are just a bit too vague, I can't make the connection between them any more...

Well, any help is welcome, so please don't hesitate to astonish me with your wisdom! Thanks in advance!
