賑やか＝な形容詞,so I think that’ why this sentence add な behind it,but why did it added 「も」いいですよ。

should のも put together for explaining? If yes,What is のも’s grammar? Is it な形容詞 ＋な+のもいい?

Correct.

な形容詞 +な+名詞 in my view.
