In university I did my master's degree in computer science and it was very common to do everything in English. I hope I got better back then!

These days I watch movies and series in original speech, Netflix is my friend. Last week I watched "Don't Look Up" with Leonardo Di Caprio. If you didn't see it, I really liked it! It reminded me a bit of "Black Mirror".

Actually, I think your original sentence was just fine. I can imagine a native speaker writing that. To my ears, it sounds somewhat more natural the way I wrote it, but I may just be too picky. Well done.
