The discovery of The Golden City , a 3000-year-old city in Luxor is one of the most significant archaeological findings.
Because it shows no any signs of desruction, so the state of presevation is phenomenal.
Is this sentence correct ?

Not quite. Overall this is good, but it does need some corrections.
"The discovery of The Golden City , a 3000-year-old city in Luxor is one of the most significant archaeological findings."
You need a comma ( , ) after Luxor, delete the word "any," and "desruction" should be "destruction."
Otherwise, this part is fine, but you can make it better!
1. Often in English when we say something like "one of the most significant..." we add something onto the end. It sounds incomplete otherwise.
Like this:
"The discovery of The Golden City , a 3000-year-old city in Luxor is one of the most significant archaeological findings."
→Sounds incomplete to an English speaker!
"The discovery of The Golden City, a 3000-year-old city in Luxor, is one of the most significant archaeological findings of the 20th century."
→This sounds much better.
"Ramen is one of the most famous dishes"
→Sounds incomplete to an English speaker!
"Ramen is one of the most famous dishes in Japan."
→This sounds much better.
2. When you start a sentence with "because," don't start the next clause with "so." It doesn't sound right to us. So just take out either the "because" or the "so."
Like this:
Because it shows no any signs of desruction, the state of presevation is phenomenal.
OR
It shows no any signs of desruction, so the state of presevation is phenomenal.
3. One more problem.
"Because" and "so" arent quite appropriate for this. Here's why.
no signs of destruction = the state of preservation is phenomenal
These two things are the same. Try not to put the same thing on each side. It sounds kind of like 部屋は汚くないから、綺麗です。
Like this is much better:
Because the state of presevation is phenomenal, archaeologists from all over the world are coming to study it.
So here's my edited version:
The discovery of The Golden City , a 3000-year-old city in Luxor, is one of the most significant archaeological findings in the world. Because the condition of the site is phenomenal, archaeologists from all over the world are coming to study it.
