腹が立ったis a little bit slang.

This is a little difficult to translate into natural Japanese.
If you translate it directly, you can say something like「彼は私を怒らせた」, but this doesn’t sound very natural because it sounds like you are looking at「私」from the outside (objectively).
A subjective and more natural way to say it would be to suggest「あいつのせいで腹が立つ／立った」. Incidentally, we don’t usually use the third person like「彼」very often (except in written language or formal situations), but saying「彼」especially in this case sounds calm rather than angry. If we were really angry we would say something like「あいつ」. The connotation varies depending on the tone and situation, but in this case, of course, it’s rude so please be careful.

this word usually used by male.
why I put usually is sometimes female uses あいつ, but this word seems to be very rough.
it depends on your age,too.
A young people usually use this word.
but you can see this word frequently in Japanese comics, animes and so on.
instead of あいつ、a girl can useあの子。this can be used both male and female.
