"Now"っていつ？夢を見てる間？起きてから？
"While the man dreamed, a/the boy appeared next to him, and the boy said..."
"all the time" って「いつもいる」？それとも「いつまでもいる」？それとも。。。？
"with him for all time" / "with him forever".
"will be with him" = これから？今までずっと？
"The boy had been with him all along" (ずっと前から)

学校の宿題で、The Old man and the Sea の感想文を書いてました。なかなかうまく書けないです。
A boy adores an old fisherman. Though, the boy was not allowed to accompany the old man anymore, because everyone, the boy's parents included, thought the old man was bad luck. (Day 1)
In the old man's struggle with a great marlin, he knew that he needs a man who supports with him. He was alone for three days on the sea. He slept when nobody was around. (Day 2-4)
After his struggle with a great marlin, the boy said "Now we fish together again." The old man said "No. I am not lucky." The boy answered "I'll bring the luck with me." So he did not refuse the boy’s request. The old man gets his disciple back. The boy will be with him forever. (Day 4)
