(会社の名前)の日野さんから連絡がありまして、こちらについていくつか確認させてください。
２点記載させていただきます。

【１点目】下記”営業判断でPreリリースするのはありだと思います。”内容について
基本的にはDAがなければJBXにアクセス権を付与してはならないので、ここまで誰にもPreリリースを許可したことがありません。
DAを持たないこの顧客にJBXへのアクセスを許可するには、誰からこの許可をもらえることができますか。

【２点目】装置の情報見る必要がある場合について
この場合はもし設置日前の装置の情報を見る必要があれば特定の装置のみへのアクセスを許可する手順を教えていただけませんか。


引き続きDAルールを守りますが、今回このPreリリースは初耳なので、ちょっと手順と状況を整理したいところであります。

My name is Kay and I am the admin of (company name) and the person in charge of JBX.
Mr. Hino of (company name) has contacted me with regard to the matter below therefore I would like to check with you afew points.

With regard to the issue of the Pre release below:
As a rule of thumb, we are not allowed to grant access to customer for JBX without DA, so we have never encounter the case of giving access without DA.
Who should we get this permission from to give this customer which does not have DA the access to JBX?

When it is necessary to see the information of the device:
in this case in the event if customer require to see the device information before the installation date, how could we allow access to only a specific device?
Please advise the procedure for this setting.


Moving on (company name) will continue to follow the DA rule, but since this is my first time hearing this Pre release, I would like to sort out the procedure and situation a little.
