I’d say, 妹は髪が長くて古い帽子をかぶっています。そして眼鏡をかけていて犬のTシャツを着ています。

But I guess the verb conjugations are fundamental things, and before finishing it, the connection of the verbs are a bit too hard sometimes ☺️
