迷惑メールすいません。is a common sentence. But ご迷惑なメールをお送りし申し訳ありません。I'm sorry sending you a troublesome message. is an example of "formal" style in business letters, or such situations.

In that case ,迷惑メール(ばかりで)ごめんなさい。迷惑メールばかりお送りしてごめんなさい。would be the examples.

はい、メールはmailの日本語訳ですが、メッセージ message は recorded message on the phoneの意味で使われることが多いです。texting, message, はメールを使います。
迷惑ごめんなさい だと迷惑かけてごめんなさい。の意味になるので messages ではなく you caused trouble(s) and apologize for the troubleな感じになるので、メールがあったほうがいいと思います。i.e. 迷惑メールごめんなさい。but this is used you mention about the specific message that you are sending. If you want to include past messages, 迷惑メールばかりでごめんなさい。I'm sorry for all the spams.

video is not included in メール so if you include videos then "迷惑メールとビデオごめんなさい" is better

grammatically correct and okay as a sentence, but "迷惑ビデオ" as one word may mean "really annoying, or sometimes sexual one" so くだらないビデオ or just ビデオ is better.
