大体合ってるけど少し不自然
1. "I double checked our schedule, and I'm afraid that we have a prior commitment on the day you requested." Would be better
2. The line about the community event is awkward too, add "with" after "cooperated" and then omit "a" and add then adding "s"to the end of "representative" will make it sound more natural
3. "We will gladly reconsider *the* issue" is better
