I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about my flatmate, who has been disturbing my life since she moved in. She invites her friends to party at our place almost every night: the kind of party that people keeping drinking alcohol and dancing for whole night. この表現は自然ですか？

大体合ってるけど少し不自然

this is grate but only one mistake:
"She invites her friends to party at our place almost every night" should be:
"She invites her friends to parties at our place almost every night"
if it is every night then there are more then one party, so you say "parties"
