"We've" is the abbreviation for "We have" thus presenting the present and "We came" presents the past

Also, we've come to see the museum indicates that you are at the museum already (present tense). For instance if you are at the entrance of the museum and someone asks you the rather silly question, "Why are you here?", you would say "We've come to see the museum:. Another example would be, if you went to the hospital and someone asked you, why are you here? You could answer "I've come to see my grandmother." But if you weren't at the place itself, you would say "We came to see the museum" or "I came to see my grandmother."
