What does this mean exactly?
I looked up the comedic duo よゐこ, but, you now, this doesn't make even the tiniest amount of sense in this context.
This page seems to be more about 'terms and conditions' (as indicated by the 注意書き).
Could よゐ子 possibly be a play on 良い子?

It's the title of the site and yes it's 良い子. ゐ is an old style of い. I think he just wanted it to look different. So the title means "The notice by a good kid" or "The notice for good kids". The explanation says "This is a site where the administrator posts what he makes. The target age is 15 or above."

ありがとうございます, that makes a lot of sense! I already had the impression that this was a bit of a Japanese purist, even using ateji 珈琲 just for the sake of not writing katakana...
