2. This is a very rare way to use the word "satisfied" -- even the original sentence. I'd avoid using it this way, but your sentence is okay.
3. The way you wrote the sentence feels unnatural to me, but it's hard to explain why. A better way to say this would be, "Once she was satisfied that her suspicions about your deception were correct, she broke up with you."

By the way, I found these definitions and original sentences from a dictionary called Oxford Advanced Learner's English-China Dictionary, 7th edition adapted in my country. I am learning American English, so I'm confused if it's okay I use this dictionary. I bought it when I was in high school, and in China we learn both Britain English and American English.

That's a good dictionary. The examples are fine, but we'd usually use other words in those situations -- usually the word "convinced."
