I can't understand 'or not as especting' part.

It means that the robbery was not anticipated, they do not feel the threat of a robbery.

Expected is how you thought it would be.
EX
It was not as good as I expected it to be.
It was not as good as I thought it would be.

The full line would be "... Or not as expecting to get robbed as they would be". Something probably happened in the movie to cause someone to think he is less likely to be robbed than before. We don't need to say the rest, it is understood what he doesn't expect.
