大体合ってるけど少し不自然
So we had this Secret Santa thing in class today. Aside from two people not SHOWING UP IN class, guess who the third one WHO SCREWED UP is? THAT’S right! Yours truly forgot to buy A gift. Feeling like the worst Santa ever. My Santa was really thoughtful, though.

Just a few stylistic changes can make this sound better.
Aside from two people not coming to class, guess who the third one at fault "was"? "You're" right! Yours truly forgot to buy "a" gift. Feeling like the worst Santa ever. My Santa was really thoughtful though.
In the last sentence, omit the comma after thoughtful. The way you had it implies you had a counter statement to offer but instead ended the sentence. Other than the changes in quotation marks, everything seems ok!
