In my opinion, goals are imaginations about future, something that you want to achieve in your life. Every person in the word has their goal, and tries to acieve it, but it is not easy, you must be patient and imphatic. Somebody has goal, to get a better life, to find true love and to go to the country of their dreams. この表現は自然ですか？

My few criticisms would be:

Don’t use “in my opinion” to start out something who’s source is you. People will infer that it is your opinion.

Try to use a different word in place of “emphatic”. Perhaps something like “determined” or “motivated”

Also your use of “somebody is not really consistent with “every person” earlier in the passage.

I would revise this as:

Goals are imaginations about the future, aspirations to be fulfilled. Every person in the world has a goal and strives to achieve it. Whether I’d be finding a better life, love, or country, the road to that goal is not easy, and without patience and determination you may not reach it.
