Let me explain Onyomi and Kunyomi first.
Onyomi is a way of reading Kanji originated from China. As you know, Kanji came from China to Japan about 2000 years ago. In those days, the Japanese learned from Chinese both the character and the idea it conveys. They heard the pronunciation from Chinese and tried to transmit it to colleagues at home. Onyomi is a Chinese way of reading Kanji with Japanese accent.
Kunyomi derives from old Japanese words. Some Japanese words were born before Kanji landed in Japan and they were given corresponding Kanji afterwards.
For example, Kanji 犬 has two ways of reading. けん, ken, as Onyomi, and いぬ, inu, as Kunyomi. けん resembles its Chinese pronunciation, while いぬ is from the animal's ancient name.
Now the difference between Furigana and Okurigana is as follows;
Furigana is small Hiragana attached above (to the right of for Tategaki) Kanji for those who cannot read it. (See the image attached.)
Okurigana is Hiragana that follows Kanji, in case the Kanji does not cover the entire word. For instance, はしる, to run, can be written with Kanji 走, but the character can read only はし, hashi. So if you want to write it in Kanji, you need to express it as 走る with Okurigana る.
