It is an expression.
It means, "I thought you were a different kind of person, but I was wrong."
"I thought you had a different personality/character/past/etc., but I was misled."
It might mean someone lied to you. Or, it might mean you discover new things about a person that conflict with your previous impression.
Example:
Mr A: Did you know Chris went to jail for child pornography on his computer?
Mr B: What!? He was my friend! I had no idea. You think you know somebody...

It is an idiom in English that means that you thought someone was predictable but that they did something unexpected and that the thing they did was bad.
For example. If you have known your friend for many years, then you find he has committed a very bad crime, you would say to others who ask you about your friend, "You think you know somebody" or "You think you know someone" or "You think you know a guy/girl/person"
