"Oh my god" is the standard phrase.
"Oh my gosh" tends to be used by people who don't want to use the word "God", especially since there are people who believe saying the word God needlessly in such contexts is "saying the Lord's name in vain."
"Oh my goddess" - never heard this before, but it's probably just making fun of the term above.

They all mean the same thing but "oh my gosh" and "oh my goodness" are ways to say "oh my God" without using God's name in vain, which is considered a sin in Christianity. But nowadays most people, including Christians, just say, "Oh my God!" anyway.

I think what you mean is "oh my goodness". That is a very polite expression.

“Oh, my God!” And “Oh, my gosh!” Have the same meaning. Some people say gosh so they don’t say “God” or just want to use a different word.
No one says, “Oh, my goddess!”, unless it’s literally a line in a play or novel about deities, or the name of the K-Pop song by the group Trax.

The meanings are the same, but different people are more likely to say it each way. Religious people avoid swearing by substituting gosh for god. Feminists will use goddess to imply that god could be a woman while making an exclamation.

really depends on how religious you are. Oh, my God would be seen as taking the lord's name in vain, so they would use Oh my goodness instead and oh, my goddess is used by pagans just like Christians would use oh my god.
